李 霞,博士、研究員,博士生導師 1985-1995年在河北師范大學生物系獲得理學學士和植物生理學碩士學位,并留校任講師。1995-2001在美國Purdue University生物系和園藝系工作和學習,獲得博士學位。2001-2004年在美國Vector Tobacco公司任科學家和課題組長。2004年入選中國科學院“百人計劃”,回遺傳與發(fā)育生物學研究所石家莊農業(yè)資源研究中心工作。 研究方向 1、植物抗逆分子機制的研究 植物對逆境響應以及抗逆的分子機制是一個重要的生物學問題,涉及到植物在逆境下的可塑性發(fā)育、基礎代謝以及植物細胞、組織和個體得能量、水分、離子、氧化還原物的穩(wěn)態(tài)的調控等生物學過程。本課題組的研究方向是高等植物逆境生理和分子遺傳學。主要包括模式植物擬南芥、小麥和大豆在非生物逆境尤其抗鹽堿、干旱和低溫條件下的生理和遺傳機理。重點是植物根系發(fā)育對逆境適應和調控分子網絡,逆境條件下植物防御代謝的轉換的機制,以及植物生理節(jié)水的遺傳學基礎。最終目標是揭示植物抗逆的分子機理,用遺傳轉化手段創(chuàng)建抗鹽堿和抗旱節(jié)水新作物品系。 2、大豆固氮效率調控機理的研究 大豆是重要的經濟作物,是植物蛋白和油脂的主要來源。大豆可以和根瘤菌共生形成根瘤,進而把空氣中的N2轉化為植物可以利用的NH3。大豆根瘤的發(fā)育和固氮效率的高低是影響大豆高產優(yōu)質的關鍵因素,二者對環(huán)境脅迫非常的敏感。本課題組利用反向遺傳學以及轉基因等方法對大豆根瘤發(fā)育和固氮效率對非生物脅迫響應的分子機制進行系統(tǒng)性研究。重點研究大豆miRNA及靶基因影響大豆根瘤發(fā)育和固氮效率的分子調控網絡。 發(fā)表文章(* 通訊作者) Wang Y, Li K, Chen L, Zou Y, Liu H, Tian Y, Li D, Wang R, Zhao F, Ferguson B, Gresshoff P, Li X*.
