「一帶一路」規(guī)劃對(duì)澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)是威脅還是機(jī)遇？或者對(duì)區(qū)內(nèi)旅游業(yè)的新愿景至關(guān)重要？
「一帶一路」規(guī)劃旨在為區(qū)內(nèi)帶來(lái)顯著增長(zhǎng)及新基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施﹣﹣澳門需要怎樣的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施才可成為世界旅游休閑目的地？商界在過(guò)程中將扮演甚么角色？國(guó)際商界又將扮演甚么角色？

文化是旅游的靈魂，旅游是文化的載體，從古至今密不可分。自古就有李白，杜甫等偉大詩(shī)人周游作詩(shī)的典故。文化關(guān)系著旅游產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。文化旅游不是文化和旅游的單純相加，而是一種全新的模式在產(chǎn)生，旅游系吃，住，行，游，購(gòu)，娛等因素，其實(shí)就是各種文化的組成。
會(huì)議嘉賓嘗試以不同角度尋求相關(guān)答案，解釋文化的重要性。這是推動(dòng)全球旅游業(yè)的重要因素，但澳門及亞洲又有甚么旅游元素？它們的目標(biāo)群是本地人、區(qū)域訪客，還是國(guó)際游客？
