加拿大歐羅拉離子通道年會(huì)（ICR），作為行業(yè)內(nèi)知名品牌會(huì)議，自2003年開(kāi)始，攜手世界各地離子通道研究學(xué)者，創(chuàng)造一個(gè)涵蓋多個(gè)研究議題的離子通道相關(guān)議題的學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，讓志同道合之士能借助這個(gè)平臺(tái)聚會(huì)，交流討論自研究技術(shù)到藥物研發(fā)與安全性等多個(gè)相關(guān)議題。
今年，大會(huì)銳意創(chuàng)新，將議題擴(kuò)展至與人類(lèi)健康密切關(guān)聯(lián)的社會(huì)時(shí)政熱點(diǎn)——精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域，同期舉辦精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療與未來(lái)健康主題會(huì)議。2016精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療暨離子通道論壇擬定于11月9-11日在中國(guó)廣州隆重舉行，歡迎各界學(xué)者踴躍參加!

主辦方：中國(guó)科學(xué)院
介紹：中國(guó)科學(xué)院學(xué)部成立于1955年，是國(guó)家在科學(xué)技術(shù)方面的最高咨詢(xún)機(jī)構(gòu)。負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、計(jì)劃和重大科學(xué)技術(shù)決策提供咨詢(xún)，對(duì)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中的重大科學(xué)技術(shù)問(wèn)題提出研究報(bào)告，對(duì)學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和中長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)提出建議，對(duì)重要研究領(lǐng)域和研究機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)術(shù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行評(píng)議和指導(dǎo)。 中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士從全國(guó)最優(yōu)秀的科學(xué)家中選出，每?jī)赡暝鲞x一次。全體院士大會(huì)是最高權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)，其常設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)是學(xué)部主席團(tuán)，由中國(guó)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)擔(dān)任學(xué)部主席團(tuán)執(zhí)行主席?，F(xiàn)設(shè)有數(shù)學(xué)物理學(xué)部、化學(xué)部、生命科學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)部、地學(xué)部、信息技術(shù)科學(xué)部和技術(shù)科學(xué)部六個(gè)學(xué)部。 學(xué)部成立后，組織學(xué)部委員參與制定了《十二年科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃》。1986年，89位學(xué)部委員建議在中國(guó)科學(xué)院實(shí)行面向全國(guó)的自然科學(xué)基金，在此基礎(chǔ)上成立了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)。同年3月，王大珩、王淦昌、陳芳允、楊嘉墀4位學(xué)部委員上書(shū)黨中央，建議加強(qiáng)中國(guó)高科技的研究和發(fā)展，形成了國(guó)家“863”計(jì)劃。1993年，在王大珩、師昌緒、張光斗、張維、羅沛霖、侯祥麟等學(xué)部委員的倡議下，成立了中國(guó)工程院。1993年10月，經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，中國(guó)科學(xué)院學(xué)部委員改稱(chēng)中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士。 近年來(lái)，學(xué)部圍繞西部開(kāi)發(fā)、國(guó)家安全、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、進(jìn)入WTO后我國(guó)某些行業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、科學(xué)教育、人口老齡化、發(fā)展電子商務(wù)等問(wèn)題開(kāi)展了咨詢(xún)，形成了一系列咨詢(xún)報(bào)告報(bào)送國(guó)務(wù)院和有關(guān)部門(mén)，為國(guó)家制定相關(guān)政策提供了重要參考依據(jù)。
